How long does it take to receive a customized quotation?

For products with special or customized requirements, you can expect to receive a quotation within 5 working days after we receive complete details.

Do you provide Product Warranty?

Yes, our standard products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Delivery
What delivery methods do you offer?

We offer delivery by air, sea, and truck. Standard deliveries are typically made by sea or truck. For urgent orders, air freight can be arranged upon request.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are determined based on weight, dimensions, delivery terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF), and the selected carrier. A detailed freight quotation will be provided upon request.

Can you expedite delivery if I have an urgent requirement?

Standard lead times depend on the product series:

  • Light to medium-duty products: typically 4–6 weeks (EXW)
  • Heavy-duty products: typically 10–12 weeks (EXW)

What are your typical lead times for customized order?

Lead times for customized products are determined based on technical evaluation by our CAE team and feedback from the respective production plant. Please contact us for an accurate estimate.
